All fees due shall be non-cancellable and the sums paid nonrefundable. We make no warranties for Oracle Software and are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges or credits. All sales are final.

Technical support is effective upon the date your order is accepted by Oracle. Please note: The units displayed for technical support reflect the number of licenses being supported. Oracle Technical Support pricing reflects a 12 month support period and the same level of support must be chosen for all licenses in a license set. If you do not purchase Software Update License & Support at the same time you acquire the licenses, you will be subject to a reinstatement fee before you will be able to purchase support in the future.
